Add Content from Anywhere
Qubi can ingest content from multiple sources, so your Knowledge Base stays comprehensive and up to date without manual effort.
Upload files directly
The simplest way to add content is uploading files:
- Open a Knowledge Space
- Click Upload or drag and drop files
- Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, CSV, Markdown, HTML
- Maximum file size: 500 MB
Connect external sources
For content that lives outside Qubi, set up a connector to automatically sync and keep your Knowledge Base current:
| Source | What it syncs |
|---|---|
| Google Drive | Documents, sheets, slides from selected folders |
| Confluence | Pages from selected spaces |
| Notion | Pages from selected databases or workspaces |
| Slack | Messages and threads from selected channels |
| Web Crawler | Content from specified web pages or sitemaps |
Set up a connector
- Go to Settings > Knowledge Base
- Open the Space you want to add content to
- Click Add Connector
- Choose the source type
- Authorize access and configure which content to sync
- Qubi will sync the content and keep it updated
Import call transcripts
You can also add transcripts from past meetings to your Knowledge Base:
- Open a meeting from Conversations
- Open the actions menu
- Select Import to Knowledge Space
- Choose the destination Space
This is useful for preserving great calls as reference material. For example, a perfect discovery call that other reps can learn from.
info
Connected sources sync automatically on a regular schedule. When you update a document in Google Drive or a page in Confluence, the changes will appear in your Knowledge Base after the next sync.
