Ask Questions Against Your Knowledge

The AI Playground lets you query your Knowledge Base directly: test whether your content is complete, find answers, and explore what Qubi knows.

Using the AI Playground​

  1. Go to Settings > Knowledge Base
  2. Open the AI Playground
  3. Type a question (e.g., "What's our pricing for Enterprise plans?")
  4. Qubi searches your Knowledge Base and returns an answer with source attribution

Source attribution​

Every answer from the AI Playground includes links to the source documents that informed the response. This lets you:

  • Verify accuracy: Click through to the original document
  • Identify gaps: If Qubi can't answer a question, you know what content is missing
  • Test your Knowledge Base: Before relying on live coaching, make sure the answers are there

Use cases​

The AI Playground is useful for:

  • Testing before launch: Make sure critical questions can be answered before enabling live coaching
  • Verifying new content: After uploading documents, test whether the information is retrievable
  • Sales prep: Quickly find information from your knowledge library

Use the AI Playground to test the questions your sales team gets asked most often. If Qubi can't answer them well, it's a signal to add more content to your Knowledge Base.
