Build Your Team's Knowledge

The Knowledge Base is organized into Spaces, collections of documents and content grouped by topic. Spaces make it easy to organize your team's knowledge and control what Qubi uses for coaching and answers.

What is a Knowledge Space?

A Knowledge Space is a container for related content. For example:

  • Product Knowledge: Product sheets, feature briefs, pricing guides
  • Sales Playbook: Objection-handling scripts, discovery best practices, case studies
  • Onboarding: Training materials, call recordings from top performers
  • Industry Research: Market reports, analyst briefings

Why your Knowledge Base matters

The quality of Qubi's coaching and answers depends directly on the quality of your Knowledge Base:

  • Live coaching uses your Knowledge Base to suggest answers during calls
  • Ask Qubi searches your Knowledge Base for answers to your questions
  • Competitor battlecards draw from Knowledge Base content
  • Meeting prep references relevant documents for upcoming calls
tip

Start with your most-used sales materials: pricing guides, feature comparisons, and objection-handling docs. These give Qubi the biggest immediate impact on live coaching quality.
