During a live call, Qubi's Live Guidance thread delivers real-time suggestions based on what's being discussed. Think of it as having your best sales coach whispering in your ear.

How Live Guidance works

As the conversation progresses, Qubi listens and surfaces relevant coaching cues in a thread alongside your call:

  • Recommended responses when the prospect asks a tough question
  • Objection handling with battlecard-backed answers pulled from your Knowledge Base and competitor intel
  • Key information highlights: important data points, pricing, or terms mentioned during the call
  • Talking points you haven't covered yet

Knowledge-backed answers

Every suggestion Qubi provides is grounded in your team's actual knowledge. Sources can include:

  • Knowledge Base documents: Product sheets, case studies, FAQs
  • Competitor battlecards: How you compare on specific features or pricing
  • Past call transcripts: How your best reps handled similar situations
  • CRM data: Account history and deal context

Each coaching cue shows where the information came from, so you can trust and verify the suggestion.

Contextual Help

Need an answer to something specific during the call? Use the Contextual Help tab:

  1. Type your question (e.g., "What's our enterprise pricing?")
  2. Qubi searches your Knowledge Base and returns an answer instantly
  3. Use the answer naturally in your conversation

Meeting Wrap Up

As the call nears its end, the Meeting Wrap Up tab helps you:

  • Review what was covered during the call
  • Check if any critical items are still outstanding
  • Prepare next steps before you hang up
