Use Qubi Inside Zoom

The Qubi Zoom App brings live coaching directly into your Zoom window, no tab switching, no second screen needed.

Install the Qubi Zoom App​

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in Qubi
  2. Under Zoom, ensure your Zoom account is connected
  3. Install the Qubi Zoom App from the Zoom Marketplace (your admin may have already done this)

What you get inside Zoom​

Once installed, Qubi appears as a panel inside your Zoom meeting. You'll have access to:

  • Live Guidance: Real-time coaching suggestions
  • Methodology Checklist: Your methodology tracked live
  • Contextual Help: Ask Qubi a question without leaving Zoom

Tips for using the Zoom App​

  • Pin the Qubi panel: Keep it visible alongside your meeting gallery
  • Use Gallery View: This gives you the best layout for seeing both participants and coaching suggestions
  • Check before your call: Make sure the Zoom App is active when the meeting starts

The Qubi Zoom App provides the same coaching experience as the web app, but without leaving your Zoom window. If you prefer to use Qubi on a second screen, the web app works just as well.
