Your Contact Directory

The Contacts tab in Qubi shows everyone you've met with across all your recorded conversations. No manual data entry needed. Qubi builds your directory automatically.

Browse your contacts

The contacts page displays a table with:

Column	What it shows
Name	The contact's full name
Email	Their email address
Source	How Qubi identified them (calendar, CRM, meeting)
Interactions	How many meetings you've had with this person
Last Interaction	When you last spoke with them

Search and filter

Use the search bar to find contacts by name or email. This is useful when you're preparing for a meeting and want to review your history with a specific person.

Internal vs. external contacts

Qubi distinguishes between internal team members (people on your company's domain) and external contacts (prospects, customers, partners). Your admin configures which domains are considered internal in Settings.

tip

Before a big meeting, search for the attendees in your Contacts directory. Reviewing your interaction history helps you pick up right where you left off.
