How Recording Works
When Qubi is invited to a meeting, it joins the call as a participant, records the conversation, and processes it automatically.
What happens during a meeting
- Qubi joins: A Qubi bot appears as a participant in your meeting a few moments after it starts
- Recording begins: All participants are notified that the meeting is being recorded
- The call proceeds normally: Focus on the conversation; Qubi handles the rest
- After the call: Qubi processes the recording and generates a transcript, AI summary, action items, and coaching insights
Supported platforms
| Platform | How it works |
|---|---|
| Zoom | Qubi joins automatically when connected via Settings > Recordings |
| Google Meet | Qubi joins when your Google Calendar is connected |
| Microsoft Teams | Qubi joins when your Microsoft Calendar is connected |
Recording consent
Qubi announces its presence when joining a meeting. All participants are made aware that the meeting is being recorded, helping you stay compliant with recording consent regulations.
Processing time
After a meeting ends, Qubi typically processes the recording within a few minutes. You'll see a "Processing" indicator on the Conversations page while this happens. Once complete, the full transcript, summary, and analysis are ready to review.
