Upload a Recording
Already have a recording from a meeting Qubi didn't attend? You can upload it directly and get the same AI analysis: transcript, summary, coaching, and deal insights.
How to upload
- Click the Upload button in the top-right corner of Qubi
- Drag and drop your file into the upload zone, or click to browse for a file
- Fill in the details:
- Meeting Title: Auto-filled from the file name, but you can edit it
- Meeting Date: When the meeting took place
- Participants: Who was on the call
- Click Upload
Supported file formats
Qubi accepts common audio and video formats:

Maximum file size: 500 MB
What happens after upload
Once uploaded, Qubi processes the file just like a live recording:
- Speaker identification and separation
- Full transcript generation
- AI summary, action items, and key moments
- Coaching analysis (for sales calls)
- Deal review (if linked to an opportunity)
tip
Turn on Voice Identification in Settings > Recordings so Qubi can recognize your voice in uploaded recordings, even though it wasn't present on the call.
