Call-Level Coaching

After every sales call, Qubi generates a detailed coaching analysis in the Sales Coaching tab on the call detail page. This gives you specific, actionable feedback on what you did well and where you can improve.

AI performance score

Each call receives an overall performance score based on methodology coverage, conversation quality, and sales effectiveness. This score helps you quickly gauge how a call went.

Methodology coverage with evidence

Qubi checks each item from your active sales methodology and shows:

  • Which items you covered: with the exact quote and timestamp as evidence
  • Which items you missed: opportunities to address in follow-up
  • How thoroughly each item was addressed: surface-level mention vs. deep exploration

For key moments in the call, Qubi compares what you said to what an ideal response might look like:

  • See the actual response you gave
  • See the AI-recommended response based on your Knowledge Base and best practices
  • Understand the gap and how to improve next time

What you did well

Coaching isn't just about improvement. Qubi highlights your strengths too:

  • Effective discovery questions you asked
  • Objections you handled well
  • Moments where you demonstrated strong sales skills
