Your Coaching Profile

Beyond individual call coaching, Qubi builds a comprehensive coaching profile that aggregates insights across all your conversations. This is your personalized improvement roadmap.

Accessing your Coaching Profile

Click on your Coaching section in the navigation to see your profile. It includes:

  • Executive Summary: A high-level overview of your coaching trajectory
  • Key metrics: Performance scores aggregated over time
  • Strengths: What you consistently do well across calls
  • Growth opportunities: Patterns where you can improve
  • Action items: Specific, prioritized next steps for development
  • Key patterns: Recurring behaviors Qubi has identified across your calls

How metrics are calculated

Your coaching metrics are built from data across all your recorded sales calls. The more calls Qubi analyzes, the more accurate and useful your profile becomes.

For managers: view your team's profiles

As a manager, you can view the coaching profile of any team member you manage:

  1. Navigate to the Coaching section
  2. Select a team member from your reports
  3. Review their strengths, growth areas, and action items

This gives managers data-driven coaching material for 1:1s, replacing guesswork with specific, evidence-backed recommendations.

Your coaching profile improves over time as Qubi analyzes more of your calls. The first few calls establish a baseline; after 10+ calls, patterns and trends become much more visible.
