Deal Review on Calls

After every sales call, Qubi links the conversation to the relevant CRM account and opportunity, giving you deal context right alongside the meeting analysis.

The Deal Review tab

On sales call detail pages, the Deal Review tab shows:

  • Linked account: The CRM account associated with this meeting
  • Linked opportunity: The specific deal or opportunity
  • Deal health signals: Risks, momentum indicators, and next steps
  • Key insights: What changed as a result of this call

Qubi automatically matches meetings to CRM accounts and opportunities based on:

  • Meeting participants (email matching against CRM contacts)
  • Calendar event details
  • Conversation content

If Qubi can't make an automatic match, you can manually link a call to the correct account or opportunity.

Review the Deal Review tab after every sales call to make sure your CRM is up to date. Qubi surfaces what changed, so you know exactly what to update.
