Share a Call

You can give other people in your Qubi account access to a recorded call. A shared person can open the call, read its transcript and AI summary, and ask Qubi about it. They are not added as a participant of the meeting.

Who can see a call by default

ViewerSees the call?
The person who started the recordingYes
Participants of the meetingYes
Account admins and managers in scopeYes, unless the call is private
Anyone else in the accountNo, until someone shares it with them

A private call is visible only to its owner, its participants, and the people it is explicitly shared with.

Private mode and the organization-wide share cannot both be on. Turning private mode on removes the organization-wide share. Sharing with everyone turns private mode off.

Share a call with specific people

  1. Open the call from Conversations.
  2. Open the more actions menu (⋮) and click Share Call.
  3. Find a person in the list, or search by name, email, or job title.
  4. Click the person's row or checkbox.

Access is granted immediately. The person moves to the People with access list. They can open the call from their own Conversations the next time they load the app.

Only members of your Qubi account appear in the list. You cannot share a call with someone outside your account.

Share a call with everyone in your organization

The Everyone in your organization option grants access to every member of your account — including people who join later. It is a single setting on the call, so you do not need to share with each person.

Only the call owner and account admins can change this option. Other people who can see the call can still manage individual shares.

To turn it on:

  1. Open the Share Call dialog.
  2. Tick Everyone in your organization.
  3. A confirmation appears below the option. Click Share with everyone to confirm, or Cancel to withdraw the request.
warning

Sharing with everyone also turns off private mode for this call. Turning the share off later does not restore private mode. The call stays visible to admins and managers.

To turn it off, untick the same option. Access is revoked immediately and no confirmation is asked.

Remove someone's access

In the People with access list, click the X next to a person's name. Their access is removed immediately and the call disappears from their Conversations.

Removing a share does not delete the call, its transcript, or its summary.
