Browse Your Meeting Library
All your past meetings live in the Conversations tab. This is your single library for every call Qubi has recorded or that you've uploaded.
Finding a meeting
Use the search bar at the top to find any meeting by keyword, participant name, or topic. Qubi also supports CRM autocomplete: start typing an account or opportunity name and matching results appear instantly.
Understanding meeting cards
Each meeting appears as a card showing:
- Meeting title: The name from your calendar event
- Date and time: When the meeting took place
- Participants: Who attended, with internal and external contacts displayed
- Duration: How long the call lasted
- AI tags: Automatically generated topic and meeting-type tags
Click any card to open the full call detail page.
Meeting statuses
You may see different statuses on your meeting cards:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| On Air | The meeting is currently being recorded |
| Processing | Qubi is generating the transcript and summary |
| Ready | The full analysis is available |

Use the search to find calls linked to a specific CRM account or opportunity. It's the fastest way to review every conversation related to a deal.
