The Call Detail Page
When you open a meeting from your Conversations library, you'll land on the call detail page, your central hub for everything about that conversation.
Watch or listen to the recording
The recording player sits at the top of the page. You can:
- Play/pause the recording
- Scrub to any point in the conversation
- Adjust playback speed for faster review
Navigate with the speaker timeline
Below the player, a visual timeline shows who was speaking and when. Color-coded segments let you quickly identify speaker turns and jump to any part of the conversation.
Jump to any moment using the outline
The Outline tab organizes the call into key sections and topics. Click any section heading to jump directly to that moment in the recording, no need to scrub through the whole call.
Tabs on the call detail page
The call detail page adapts based on the type of meeting:

The Deal Review and Sales Coaching tabs only appear for meetings classified as sales calls. Interview tabs appear for meetings classified as interviews.
