Generate a follow-up email
Qubi can draft a follow-up email based on what was discussed. Use it as a starting point, personalize it, and send.
Share the call with your team
Need a colleague to hear a specific conversation? Share the call directly:
- Open the meeting from Conversations
- Click the Share button
- Choose team members or copy the link
Shared calls include the full recording, transcript, and AI summary.
Download the recording
You can download the audio or video file for offline access or archival:
- Open the meeting from Conversations
- Click the download option in the actions menu
- Save the file to your device
Edit meeting details
If you need to update meeting information after the fact:
- Edit the title: Click the meeting title to rename it
- Add or edit tags: Apply tags to categorize meetings for easier searching later
