Team Analytics Dashboard

The Team Analytics dashboard gives managers a bird's-eye view of their team's call activity and performance. Use it to identify trends, spot coaching opportunities, and track progress over time.

The Team Analytics section is available to users with manager or admin roles.

Accessing the dashboard

Click Team Supervision in the navigation. You'll see:

  • Date range selector: Choose the time period to analyze (last week, last month, custom range)
  • Team scope: Filter by the entire team or a specific group
  • Overview metrics: High-level performance indicators for the selected period

Overview metrics

The dashboard surfaces key metrics including:

  • Total meetings: Number of calls recorded across the team
  • Average meeting duration: Are calls getting shorter or longer?
  • Methodology coverage: How consistently is the team following the sales process?
  • Coaching scores: Average AI coaching scores across the team

Filter and compare

Use the filters to drill into specific:

  • Time periods: Compare this month to last, or look at quarter-over-quarter trends
  • Teams or managers: See how different groups are performing
  • Individual reps: Click into any rep's data for a detailed view
