Leaderboard

The Leaderboard ranks your team members side by side, making it easy to identify top performers, recognize strong results, and find coaching opportunities.

How the Leaderboard works

The Leaderboard displays each rep alongside their key performance metrics for the selected time period:

  • Coaching score: Average AI coaching score across calls
  • Methodology coverage: How thoroughly they follow the sales process
  • Number of calls: Total meetings recorded
  • Talk/listen ratio: How much they speak vs. listen during calls

Identify coaching opportunities

Use the Leaderboard to:

  • Spot reps who may need support: Lower scores or methodology coverage may indicate a need for coaching
  • Find winning behaviors to replicate: Look at what top performers are doing differently
  • Track improvement over time: Compare leaderboard positions week over week

Drill into any rep's stats

Click on a team member's name to see their detailed performance data:

  • Individual call list with scores
  • Methodology coverage trends
  • Coaching profile with strengths and growth areas

Use the Leaderboard data in your weekly team meetings or 1:1s. It gives you specific, conversation-based evidence to guide coaching conversations.
