Methodology Templates

Your methodology and templates live inside Qubi, so your team always has them at hand, during calls, in post-call reviews, and in coaching.

Supported methodologies

Qubi supports several popular sales methodologies:

Configure methodologies

  1. Go to Settings > Templates
  2. Under Sales Methodology, you'll see available methodologies
  3. Enable the methodologies your team uses
  4. Disable methodologies you don't need
  5. Set a default methodology for your team

Customize checklist items

For each enabled methodology, you can customize the checklist items:

  • Edit the label or description of any item
  • Add custom items specific to your sales process
  • Reorder items to match your team's workflow

How methodologies are used

Once configured, methodologies appear throughout Qubi:

  • Live calls: Track methodology coverage in real time during meetings
  • Post-call coaching: See which items were covered with evidence (quotes and timestamps)
  • Team analytics: Monitor methodology adoption across your team
  • Coaching profiles: Identify which methodology items individual reps consistently miss
tip

Don't enable more methodologies than your team actually uses. Pick one or two and ensure your team adopts them consistently. Qubi will help track and reinforce adoption.
