AI Meeting Prep

Before every call, Qubi prepares an AI brief so you walk in knowing exactly what to say, what to ask, and what to avoid. As the transcript says: "Anything you need to know in order to prepare, instantly, Qubi will bring back everything together."

Access your meeting prep​

  1. Go to Upcoming Meetings in the left sidebar
  2. Click on any meeting to open the detail page
  3. The AI prep brief is displayed below the meeting details

What's in the brief​

Qubi generates two types of preparation depending on whether you've had previous meetings with the attendees:

First-time meetings: Research Brief​

For new prospects or contacts you haven't met before, Qubi provides a Research Brief with two tabs:

AI Brief tab:

  • Executive Summary: A quick overview of who you're meeting and why it matters
  • Key Opportunities: What you could gain from this conversation
  • Meeting Prep Tasks: Specific things to review or prepare before the call
  • Conversation Starters: Suggested opening topics to build rapport
  • Sources: Where the information came from

Participants tab:

  • Each attendee's name, role, and company
  • LinkedIn profile link (when available)
  • A short summary of their background

Follow-up meetings: Preparation Notes​

When you've had previous conversations with the attendees, Qubi builds a deeper Preparation Notes brief with three tabs:

AI Brief tab:

  • Meeting Context: What this meeting is about based on calendar info and past conversations
  • Relationship Summary: History of your interactions with this prospect (expandable for full detail)
  • Expected Outcomes: What you should aim to achieve
  • Follow-up Opportunities: Open threads from previous conversations

Prep Tasks tab:

  • Categorized preparation tasks with context tooltips explaining why each one matters

Guidance tab:

  • Conversation Starters: Specific topics with suggested opening lines
  • Potential Objections: Objections the prospect might raise, with suggested responses
  • Pitfalls to Avoid: Things not to say or do, based on past interactions

Get prep via email​

If you prefer to review your meeting prep in your inbox:

  1. Go to Settings > Preferences
  2. Turn on Meeting Prep Emails
  3. You'll receive an email before each call with the AI brief

The more meetings you record with Qubi, the better your prep briefs become. Qubi learns from every conversation to give you increasingly relevant and specific preparation.
