Invite Qubi to Record

You control exactly which meetings Qubi joins. There are several ways to invite Qubi to your calls.

Per-meeting invite​

On the Upcoming Meetings page, each meeting has a toggle to activate or deactivate Qubi. Simply turn it on for the meetings you want recorded.

Auto-invite to all meetings​

If you want Qubi to join every meeting automatically:

  1. Go to Settings > Preferences
  2. Turn on Auto-invite Bot
  3. Click Save Preferences

From now on, every new meeting added to your calendar will have Qubi activated by default.

Mark a meeting as private​

Some meetings are confidential. You can mark any meeting as Private so the recording is visible only to you:

  1. On the Upcoming Meetings page, find the meeting
  2. Click the lock icon to toggle between Private and Shared
  3. Private recordings won't appear in your team's shared conversations list

Invite Qubi from the meeting detail page​

You can also manage the invite from a meeting's detail page:

  1. Click on any meeting in your schedule
  2. Click the Invite Qubi button at the top
  3. The button changes to Qubi invited to confirm
