Your Upcoming Schedule
The Upcoming Meetings page is your daily command center. It shows every meeting on your calendar, lets you control which ones Qubi records, and gives you quick access to AI meeting prep.
View your meetings
Click Upcoming Meetings in the left sidebar to see your schedule. Meetings are grouped by day (Today, Tomorrow, and upcoming dates), with a count of meetings per day.
Each meeting shows:
- Time range: when the meeting starts and ends
- Title: the meeting name from your calendar (or "Untitled Event" if none)
- Organizer: who scheduled the meeting
- Attendees: how many people are invited
- Platform: Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams (auto-detected from the meeting link)
Control which meetings Qubi records
For each meeting, you have two controls:
- Activate/Deactivate Qubi: Toggle whether Qubi should join and record this meeting
- Private/Public recording: Mark a meeting as private (lock icon) so only you can see the recording, or keep it shared with your team
Bulk actions
Use the Bulk Actions dropdown at the top to activate or deactivate Qubi for all your meetings at once. This is handy when you first connect your calendar.
Sync your calendar
Qubi syncs your calendar automatically, but you can force a manual sync by clicking the Sync button. The last sync timestamp is always visible so you know your schedule is current.
When no meetings are scheduled
If your calendar is clear, you'll see: "No meeting scheduled. Must feel nice."
If you don't see any meetings, make sure your calendar is connected.
