Connect Your Meeting Platform
Qubi records your meetings by joining as a participant. Connect your meeting platform so Qubi can join your calls automatically.
Connect Zoom
Zoom requires each user to individually authorize Qubi before it can join their meetings. This is because Zoom's On-Behalf-Of (OBF) token system ties each bot instance to a specific user.
- Go to Settings > Recordings
- Click Connect next to Zoom Integration
- Sign in with your Zoom account and authorize Qubi
- Grant the On-Behalf-Of token when prompted
Once connected, Qubi can automatically join your Zoom meetings. If you skip this step or revoke authorization, Qubi won't be able to join your Zoom calls.
For a detailed walkthrough of Zoom requirements, admin settings, and troubleshooting, see the Zoom Recording Setup Guide.
Record on Google Meet
Google Meet calls are supported out of the box. As long as your calendar is connected and Qubi is invited to the meeting, it will join your Google Meet calls automatically, no additional setup needed.
Record on Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams meetings work similarly to Google Meet. Connect your Microsoft Calendar, and Qubi will join your Teams meetings when invited.
Voice identification
Qubi can learn to recognize your voice so it can accurately identify you as a speaker, even in in-person meetings or uploaded recordings:
- Go to Settings > Recordings
- Toggle on Voice Identification
This is especially useful when you upload recordings where Qubi wasn't present as a participant.
Qubi supports Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. You can also upload recordings from any other platform.
